MoveR
A flexible R workflow for animal video-tracking data.
MoveR helps import, filter, visualise and analyse data from common video-tracking solutions. It includes tools to remove tracking artefacts, subset individual paths and calculate movement and behavioural metrics.
The package grew out of research on the thermal responses of parasitic micro-wasps. It is intended to make movement analysis easier for both new and experienced R users.
Data and code quality control
I contributed to The SORTEE Guidelines for Data and Code Quality Control in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. This community effort provides a framework for checking archived research data and code, supporting the FAIR principles (i.e., findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability).

My editorial work includes data editing for Ecology Letters. I also share practical guidance through talks and workshops, including a presentation on publishing data and code for transparent research.
Supporting the research community
I co-coordinate the Young Ecotoxicologist Group (YEG) of the ECOTOX network with Sophie M. Dupont. The group connects early-career researchers through webinars, discussion, collaboration and shared opportunities.
I also co-coordinate the Pesticides & Pollinators Group within the POLLINECO network with Mathilde Tissier and Nicolas Deguines. The group organises an annual 1-day meeting within the POLLINECO annual conference to share the latest updates on pesticide exposure and effects on pollinators.
